babe i am totally with you here. even though i love my jd i accept that he struggled with the bottle. it does really show in the special. i think it was irresponsbile of the emmy committee to have nominated it.

I heard John Denver actually would sing about Topeka, Kansas. It is sort of like when Elton John sang love songs to girls but he was actually gay.

Aside- on a sick day yesterday I watched..wait for it….Oprah. Ok so oprah’s new theater sucks and there is no where for her guests to sit but she did get three new pusppies like the dog who lived next door to me at churchill drive and would run around carrying my rollerskate. Anyhoodles the highlight was that she has donated 10,000,000 dollars to rebuild New orleans. Say what you want but she is showing some heart and helping.
