Has the anger done you violence, or are you violent because of your anger.

SafeTinspector: i used to be a violent nutter but i have totally learned how to control my anger and my temper but it gets the better of me sometimes. i have been really sick lately and just frustrated with it.

“these are my lips in silence” love this line! i’ve never thought how words written down (and not spoken) can be seen this way and these emotions running in your head, the way you wrote it really makes it more intense. i think eyes never lie, unless when they are looking down.
