I can see why people like the Transformers. I just don't really like Michael Bay movies, so it's a bit of a quandary for me.

As for The Note Book, for some reason I just couldn't stop picturing James Garner like this:

And thanks for helping me move again!

I read the first few lines and when you said he didn't catch any fish I immediately thought of Brokeback Mountain! Did you check to see if the tags have been removed from his fishing gear?

My girlfriend used to hate fish based on a childhood memory of bad fish. I convinced her to try it, and now she loves it! It is funny how you can feel a certain way based on your perception and not on reality. Her imagination told her what tasted "fishy" and she admitted it was totally different than what it actually tastes like.

My neighbour is the same way about fish, it makes him purge. The HP flick I've yet 2C but heard a lot of good things. Personally, I'm going to wait until they stop making the movies; then buy the whole DVD pack. I've yet to see one of the movies.

I actually snuck out of work on opening day to see HP. :) We had to sit in the very front row, which sucked because it wasn't even one of the nice theaters with the reclining-type seats.
i thought the same thing about the end of this HP movie...I just didn't feel anything emotionally and several people around me didn't even know what happened.

Graham and I were going to see HP last Friday. We got tickets hours ahead of time. We went to the bank and HMV in the mean time. To find out the time, we looked at Graham's HMV receipt, and it said 9:15 (we were going to the 11 show). We thought we had lots of time so we went home to drop off his stuff. We got back to the theatre and it was 10:55!!! No seats. We lost a whole hour of time because of that wrong HMV receipt. We ended up getting a refund on our tix. It was quite a disappointment. We are going to see it tonight instead.
