Ms. Understood: yes, sometimes they make me cry, it is the lack of air that does it, i normally start trying to cough at some point during it as well which makes it worse and my eyes just start watering whether im crying or not.

Panic attacks are the worst. I don’t know about you, but I always start crying when I have them so it is super obvious to everyone that I am freaking out.

Beautiful new cut…so pretty & feminine & yes, he’s supposed to say you are more lovely now…but funny thing about love…it really does make you grow more beautiful in someone else’s eyes (isn’t that just the coolest thing?)

Panic attacks have made me make really horrible decisions in the past…good luck with yours.

I have noticed the changes in your face, you can flash me a picture of yourself from the last 5 years and i’m next to certain I could pin it down to a six months.
What do you think about that?

What is twitter? I don’t like it because it has the word ‘twit’ in it but i’m sure it’s something fairly cool (for twits….ARF!)

i LOVE the new do! You went a bit darker too. Very nice. Hope you’re feeling better. I haven’t had a panic attack in years and I live in fear that I’ll get one, how pathetic is that? Anyway, they are the worst and I’m glad you had some support to calm down and get it out of your system. Good luck with the job and wife thing. You can do it, we all manage to make it work and I have confidence that you will too! Hang in there.
