MY BOOKS!!
Recently inspired by good book conversation and seeing photos of their book shelves I decided to take some photos of mine.
I LOVE BOOKS! A lot.
I wish I owned every book I have ever read, it is a goal, and I do look for used copies of great books I’ve borrowed or have somehow found myself reading, but I normally try not to borrow as a rule.
The photos have notes, click on them and run your mouse over them and if you still don’t feel close enough to them pick ‘all sizes’.

Very nice. I would take pictures of all my books, but that would consist of random books in boxes, corners of rooms, under the bed, bathroom, etc. I am impressed with your Palahniuk collection. Choke and Lullaby are by far my favorites.

When I came over, I never told you, but I was secretely checking out your bookshelves, and what was on them (like what you read).

@chris thank you! most of the Palahniuk was given to me but im not complaining
when i look around the apt. there really are books everywhere, those are just the organized ones.

this is a total PORN post.
i wish i had one of those walls, where people have just a huge book shelf lining the wall, with thousands of books.
and then i can have the secret book that only i know, and i take it out and the book shelf opens up into a secret world. yup!

I love, love, love looking at what books reside in other people’s bookcases. I too want to eventually own all the books I’ve ever read. Moving half way across the country on a limited budget made me have to sell all but the most important ones to me to raise funds. Someday…
