I'm totally a crier too at times, and really unemotional (seemingly) at others..(not at all actually) all just part of my interesting persona or unruly brain I guess. I found that expressing my feelings (and self-caretaking) plays a large part in emotional control but hey not that many people have that kind of time ;) LOL!! Yayy!!!
