    Very interesting. I’m so surprised to see Tool in this list. They’re introspective and shoegazy and frequently use irregular time signatures, none of which helps set a good pace for me.

    I’m guessing those songs mean more than just a good soundtrack for your runs. It’s strange to think I know a bit of you, not through your struggles (although similar), but through your music.

      i wasn’t even thinking that if you read between the lines it is a pretty reveling list. i for sure get some anger out. i just love Tool so much i don’t even notice the irregularities there though. 

      im gonna turn the list into a page next to the race page, it is already up to 91 songs now.
